House of Sabah - the royal family of Kuwait, they are from the Utub tribe which migrated to Kuwait. The Parliament has some powers over them for example the parliament effectively removed Saad al-Sabah from his post in 2006 due to his illness.

They are very rich with $90 billion, having most of their investments mostly in the United States, in form of stocks in US companies.
